In the real estate arena, there are times when you just want to have a partner, believing that you can shoot up your sales through that. I say, you are only demeaning your job and you will just put yourself in a rocky place. What if you will have a bad partner that you would not go along well with in the future? This will just hinder the success of your career, ending up being alone while your partner handles his job well even though he had just separated from you. You would not like this to happen. Another thing that compromises you as a real estate investor, who has a partner is having all the contacts at your hand while your partner will also benefit from you. I believe when you have a partner being a real estate investor; you will tend to get only half of your hard work. Good if your partner will work hard as well, but, there are some who just don’t. They will not care if you have enough sales for the day or not, while you, you have a whole bunch of family to spend on and you just cannot dare miss a client for your job. If you can handle being a real estate investor, do it yourself to avoid conflicts plus, you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor without even giving away half of it.
